"When we first arrived, we were greeted by one of the owners , Ronnie Mervis. We had an appointment with Drew, who was so helpful and accommodating. This was a trunk show and I had called to inquire about a particular ring. He told me that normally it wouldn’t be there, but he actually called the company and requested that they bring what I was looking for and they sent it. That’s what I call Great customer service. Drew just called me today and told me that my ring was ready to be picked up and I think he was more excited about it than I am. He said it turned out beautifully and he described it again to me in detail. I am so anxious to be picking it up this week. This was a very pleasant experience all around.
